15k – 1:15:23 [Spring Forward Distance Run 2013]

Weightlifting
Note: I hardly ever kept track of my weights or worked up to 1 rep maxes until December 2015, so some of these are way off since they are pulled from workouts done with many reps.

Jerk – 75 lbs [1/2016]

Push Press – 45 lbs [3/2015]

Thruster – 70 lbs [7/2016]

Deadlift – 125 lbs [1/2016]

Overhead Squat – 40 lbs [6/2016]

Back Squat – 85 lbs [7/2016] – 6 reps

Front Squat – 75 lbs [6/2016]
